Arkansas Forfeits 2 Titles - 26-10-2007 5:51:56 The N.C.A.A. yesterday revoked 2004 and 2005 national track and field titles from Arkansas for violations involving the star sprinter Tyson Gay and a former assistant.Arkansas had reported violations committed by the former assistant Lance Brauman, who was convicted last year of embezzlement, theft and mail fraud from his time at Barton County Community College in Kansas. Potential Arkansas.gov Data Breach - 11-6-2007 14:29:48 I recently stumbled across a cached Google version of a Microsoft Excel which contained a list of roughly 284 individuals who appear to be Psychologists licensed in the state of Arkansas. Arkansas.gov had posted some very sensitive information about these individuals.

Court favors worker in disability appeal ARKANSAS - 21-3-2008 12:02:03 The Arkansas Court of Appeals ruled 3-0 Wednesday that the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission unfairly denied disability benefits to a Home Depot worker who aggravated a pre-existing back condition at work. Jonathan Jordan suffered a back injury at work Sept. 27, 2003, trying to install a rack while on a ladder. The next day he reported the injury and was diagnosed with a back strain at an emergency room.
